Your booking is reserved from the arrival date. You must guarantee your reservation at the time of booking by payment in full for the chosen package.

You can guarantee your booking by giving your credit or debit card details at the time of booking or by paying for your reservation in full when you make the reservation up to three weeks prior to arrival (payment can be made by debit / credit card or cheque).

The WOW Conference must receive all cheques at least three weeks before the arrival date.

The WOW Conference accepts payment by cash, cheque (with a valid cheque guarantee card), credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Laser and Maestro).

Although The WOW Conference aims to inform you before commencement of the Conference on 11 May of any changes, they reserve the right to amend any changes as per directive of conference committee, or by District Council.

Please note that your credit card will be charged with the full amount stipulated at point of reservation.
